Legal Package One is 2% of the budget, with
a floor of $5,000 and a ceiling of $10,000 for past
seminar or 8-class webinar participants, and 2% of the
budget, with a floor of $5,200 and a ceiling of $10,200
for non participants, and includes:
- All Above-The Line Contracts* **
- All Crew Deal Memos
- All Location Agreements
- All Other Releases
If project is a SAG, WGA, or DGA film, add $500 per
guild or $1000 for all 3.
Music NOT included.
* For every lead actor contract over 4 actors, add
$500 per actor.
** Music is NOT included in this package.
To pay for Legal Package One, send us an email
providing details of your project (budget, whether it
is a SAG, WGA, or DGA film, and how many lead actors
you'll have) and we will send you an invoice.

Legal Package Two is $3,170 for past seminar
or 8-class webinar participants, and $3,370 for non-participants,
and includes:
- Formation of California Corporation (as Managing
Partner of your Limited Partnership), including all
filing fees
- Formation of a California Limited Partnership, including
all filing fees.
