Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) If I pay for one course, and then decide I want to take them all, can I upgrade to the complete package and apply my initial payment to the complete package price?

No. You have to choose to take the courses piecemeal or not at the outset.

2) If I don't like the course I am taking, can I get a refund?

Absolutely. Whether you've signed up for one course or the complete package, you can cancel and get a complete refund up until the halfway point of the first class you take. To get your refund, just send a chat message to the moderator of the webinar letting him know you want a refund BEFORE the class is half over. The moderator will immediately disconnect you from the seminar and we will process your refund immediately.

3) Why do I have to pay long distance charges to dial in? Why isn't it toll-free?

For webinar participants who have "all-you-can-eat" long distance, it's free for them anyway. For those that don't have it, it costs as little as one cent per minute if you use one of the dial-in services we can refer you to. For us to offer toll-free dial in, on the other hand, would cost us around 10 cents a minute - costs we would have to pass onto our participants. By making the service use toll calls, it saves everyone money and keeps the cost of our webinars low.

4) I'm on a Mac. Can I still take a webinar?

Of course. You may not be able to chat, or annotate documents, but you will see and hear everything presented.

5) I don't have a computer, or internet access, or my internet access is too slow to really do web-confencing. Can I still participate in a webinar?

Of course. You can still dial-in to the teleconferencing part of the seminar, and hear all the presentations. You just won't be able to see slides and documents as they are presented.

6) I'm not very good at computers. Can I still do this?

We've tested the web-conferencing software with people of all ages and all computer backgrounds. Probably 95% of them have no difficulty whatsoever participating in our webinars.

7) What happens if I lose my internet connection, or get disconnected from the teleconference call, in the middle of a seminar.

No problem. Just use the link or telephone number we initially emailed you to rejoin.

8) If I take only one webinar, do I get the Free Bonus File Pack?"

No. You must take all 8 webinars to get the Free Bonus File Pack?
